Job Descriptions for Assistant Manager :
- Accountable for revenue targets for self & team.
- Plan & execute promotional activities and corporate presentations.
- Applying commercial skills to meet sales and cost budgets.
- Meeting operational expectations by implementing and maintaining high standards.
- Motivating staff
- Dealing with enquiries and complaints
- Serving customers
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
- Recommend creative selling techniques based on market and product knowledge.

Job Descriptions for Sr. Business Development Executive :
- Attend the walk-in customers at the sales offices, solve their queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate the necessary information to the clients regarding various projects handled by the company.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Prepare and maintain Sales MIS reports.
- Coordinate sales and business initiatives and integrate sales processes across the company.
- Recommend creative selling techniques based on market and product knowledge.
- Work with Sales Operations & Sales Leadership to ensure business is transacted accurately and within pricing guidelines to the highest ethical standards.
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have his own Conveyance.
- Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.
- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
- Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter.
