Qualifications : 
• Any Graduate/ 3 years Diploma
• MCSE/CCNA Certified
• Experience in Hardware & Desktop level support, Web-Browser, Antivirus Clients, Email Clients, OS like Windows, 
• Experience on Server Admin / Network related complaints, remote monitoring and resolving of network level 1 incident.
• Good Communication Skills

Experience : 0-1 year

Candidate Profile :
• Good Experience in Hardware Maintenance, Desktop Level Support & Windows Administration 
• Hands on experience in trouble shooting both Hardware & Software related Problems
• Should have experience on Server Admin / Network related complaints.
• Hands on experience in Installation & troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptops, Printer, & Windows based applications
• Knowledge on any helpdesk management tool/remote support tool like PC anywhere etc, Vendor management and escalation knowledge.
• Good Knowledge on OS like Windows etc.
• Good Interpersonal skills & customer support attitude

Job Description :
• Responsible for providing service assurance to Reliance Web Store Users.
• Resolving application related issues of Lotus Notes, LAN, Printer, Scanner and troubleshooting, Network monitoring.
• Installation and configuration of business application software (i.e. MS Windows XP/Vista, MS Office XP/2007, Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer, Antivirus)
• Log incidents to different 3rd party suppliers and constantly chase up for updates and quicker resolutions to minimize the overall downtime and to have overall greater productivity.
• Taking care of the various project escalations, timely call resolution within the SLA.
